Periodic and Multi-ride Ticket Effective Period
Extension due to 2026 Chinese New Year Holidays
Periodic and Multi-ride Ticket holders can travel in the non-reserved seats during 2026 Chinese New Year Holidays from February 14 to February 22. Should the validity period of Periodic and Multi-ride Ticket overlaps with CNY holidays, the term will be automatically extended by the number of days that overlap.
For periodic / multi-ride tickets which comply with the requirements of expiry date extension, the system will automatically calculate the extended expiry date, and update it when the passenger passes through the ticket gate with the periodic / multi-ride ticket. Passengers may check the ticket's extended expiry date through the "Multi-Ride and Periodic Ticket Inquiry System" on the THSR website, or from the "Travel Information Inquiry" kiosks in the stations, or in the THSR App (only Traditional Chinese version available).
