Ticket record inquiry service will be suspended during 00:30AM-04:30AM on 7/18.

Due to system maintenance, ticket record inquiry service of the T-EX app mobile tickets, magnetic tickets, QR Code paper tickets, periodic tickets, and multi-ride tickets (include the record inquiry function in the "Taiwan High Speed Rail App") will be suspended from 00:30 AM to 04:30 AM on 7/18. In addition, the new ticket registration function for periodic / multi-ride ticket replenishment service on THSR App will also be suspended. Apologies for any inconvenience it may cause.
