Reservations for reserved seat tickets will be accepted within twenty-eight days prior to the boarding date (inclusive).The period open for booking is subject to change by notice.
Types of Tickets Open for Booking
Adult and Child Tickets are sold with Business Car, Reserved or Non-Reserved Seats.
Maximum of 10 tickets permitted for each booking, for return tickets, a maximum of 5 tickets can be booked at a time.
Note: Passengers who need to book Senior or Disabled Tickets (Only eligible for R.O.C. Nationals ), please go to the station ticket sales windows. Passengers could also use the reservation record number to collect Senior or Disabled Tickets via Ticket Vending Machine or T Express App from March 21st, 2019 if the travelers’ R.O.C. IDs in the reservation record exists in THSR database built and meet the effective conditions.
Please present relevant documents such as ID or the disability handbook to the Ticket Sales Window at any THSR station if you cannot collect tickets from your booked records including Senior or Disabled travelers.
Cash, credit cards, and debit cards are available.

Ticket vending machine accepts VISA, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay cards, American Express credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. (Note: Ticket vending machines only accept American Express® Cards issued by American Express International Taiwan Incorporation, CTBC Bank Co., Ltd., and SinoPac Bank Co., Ltd. For other American Express Card holders, please purchase tickets at the Ticket Window.)
Ticket vending machine does not have a mechanism of checking the signature so that entering a specific password is necessary.The password is for verification purpose only. Your account limit will not be changed, and there will have no charge for it.Please contact your issuing bank for the setting of a specific password.

Proof of Ticket Purchase or Refund
Passengers may come to the Ticket Sales Window or Customer Service Counter to apply for a Proof of Ticket Purchase or Refund with tickets. Passengers may only request one copy of such proof.
