• Period Opens for Booking：
  1. Reservations for reserved seat tickets will be accepted within 29 days prior to the boarding date (inclusive).
  2. If the period opens for booking adjusted due to force majeure, THSRC will make additional announcements.
• Service Time：Please refer to the operating time for each station and ticketing deadline (the period open for booking is subject to change by notice).

• Reservations for reserved seat tickets will be accepted within 29 days prior to the boarding date (inclusive).

Types of Tickets Open for Booking

• Adult and Child Tickets are sold with Business Car, Reserved or Non-Reserved Seats.
• Maximum of 10 tickets permitted for each booking, for return tickets, a maximum of 5 tickets can be booked at a time.
• Note: Passengers who need to book Senior or Disabled Tickets (Only eligible for R.O.C. Nationals ), please book tickets via Chinses version on the vending machines or go to the station ticket sales windows for help. Passengers could also use the reservation record number to collect Senior or Disabled Tickets via Ticket Vending Machine or T Express App if the travelers' R.O.C. IDs in the reservation record exists in THSR database built and meet the effective conditions.
• Please present relevant documents such as ID or the disability handbook to the Ticket Sales Window at any THSR station if you cannot collect tickets from your booked records including Senior or Disabled travelers.

Purchase with Credit Cards

• Ticket vending machine accepts VISA, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay cards, American Express credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. (Note: Ticket vending machines only accept American Express® Cards issued by American Express International Taiwan Incorporation, CTBC Bank Co., Ltd., and SinoPac Bank Co., Ltd. For other American Express Card holders, please purchase tickets at the Ticket Window.)
• Ticket vending machine does not have a mechanism of checking the signature so that entering a specific password is necessary.The password is for verification purpose only. Your account limit will not be changed, and there will have no charge for it.Please contact your issuing bank for the setting of a specific password.

Purchase with ATM/Debit Card

• Transaction fee may be charged if passengers use debit cards that issued from the banks About Transaction fee , Please contact your issuing bank

Change of Booking

• The system does not provide change services; please contact the ticket sales windows.

Cancellation of Booking

• The system does not provide refund services; please contact the ticket sales windows.

Ticket Transaction Record

• Passengers may download the ticket record from THSRC Website(Homepage/Tickets and Fares/E-Ticket Record). Partial Ticket Records only provide Chinese version services.
