   The company originally scheduled the cash dividend distribution for 2025/08/14. Due to the suspension of operations caused
   by the typhoon,  the schedules of financial institutions in certain areas will need to be postponed. Therefore, the cash dividend
   distribution date will be  moved to the next business day.
