The Company hereby announces that the Board of Directors has approved a donation for the establishment of the “Taiwan Tourism Institute.”

2.Reason for the donation: To assist the Tourism Administration, M.O.T.C. in establishing the “Taiwan Tourism Institute” to support
    national tourism talent development and international tourism promotion.
3.Total amount of the donation: NT$2,000,000. 
4.Counterparty to the donation: Preparatory Office of the Taiwan Tourism Institute.  
5.Relationship with the Company: Related Party (government-related entity)
