Ticket record inquiry service will be suspended during 00:30AM-05:00AM on 9/26.

Due to system maintenance, ticket record inquiry service of the T-EX app mobile tickets, magnetic tickets, QR Code paper tickets, periodic tickets, and multi-ride tickets (include the record inquiry function in the "Taiwan High Speed Rail App") will be suspended from 00:30 AM to 05:00 AM on 9/26. In addition, the new ticket registration function for periodic / multi-ride ticket replenishment service on THSR App will also be suspended. Apologies for any inconvenience it may cause.
